Vendor Performance Expectations

 

  • WFINT will hold suppliers’ service and performance accountable through documentable CAR forms, vendor scorecarding, and other data.
  • This system will enable WFINT employees to report vendor issues to WFINT Procurement, in a documentable manner, that will be reported back to suppliers in real time.
  • WFINT Procurement will use this system to document the issue, manage the solution, and ensure transparency in the corrective action, to ensure vendor responsiveness to the issue is timely and of the highest quality.
  • All WFINT suppliers will know they are being evaluated on quality and performance, and will raise the level of their quality, or those suppliers will be replaced by others.
  • By using this process, WFINT supplier performance will be improved, and WFINT’s offering to customers will be enhanced.
